We're looking for a talented Assistant Plant Manager to join our team at our Juneau, WI manufacturing facility. In this crucial leadership role, you'll play a key part in overseeing daily operations and driving high performance across the plant.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Direct and coordinate day-to-day activities, fostering a collaborative environment for peak production.
• Optimize & Innovate: Develop and implement processes to boost productivity and continuously improve overall plant performance.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
• Empower Your Team: Provide training and guidance to production staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Problem-Solve with Expertise: Analyze operational issues, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Monitor equipment, arrange for repairs or replacements as needed, and ensure the plant operates efficiently.
• Communication is Key: Maintain clear communication with staff, management, and external partners.
• Contribute to Success: Support in managing budgets, preparing presentations, and handling daily operations tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in plant operations, plant management and manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of production processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software (Oracle, Asset Essentials) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
