Weekend Concierge (Saturdays and Sundays Only)
This position will be from 8am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays only; and you must be available every Saturday and Sunday, including holidays. 1/2 hour lunch break. The Concierge Desk is operational every day of the week from 8:00am-5pm, so additional hours may sometimes be available to cover for PTO for our FT Concierge.

We are looking for a dependable, pleasant person with wonderful phone and people skills. The Concierge position is in The Grande, which is the Memory Care building within our Senior Living community. Work/casual dress is required. No jeans. Looking for a dependable person who takes great pride in themselves and their work. Tasks are, but not limited to, visitor check ins, answering all inbound calls and transferring to appropriate departments, distributing mail, using walkie-talkie to communicate with maintenance and nursing staff, responding to emails, distributing packages and various other duties as they come up. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to demonstrate patience and maturity in difficult situations. Successful candidates must possess the ability to take on multiple responsibilities and work together as a team to share their genuine compassion and care with those for whom we are privileged to work.

Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
