Steel Fabricator

Job Description

Assembling steel truck accessories and components accurately and efficiently according to fabrication prints.

Job Requirements

All individuals in this job position must:

· Know how to read fabrication prints

· Have experience in fabrication

· Have experience and be proficient with hand tools, such as grinders and drills

· Be able to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch

· Know how to operate a saw

· Be able to add and subtract fractions

· Have the ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments

· Know how to tack using MIG welder (full welding ability not required)

· Be able to lift at least 50 pounds

Preferred, but not required

· Forklift proficiency

· Previous experience in steel fabrication

· Experience using ironworkers

· Welding ability

Other Requirements

All individuals in this job position must have:

· Valid driver’s license

· Reliable transportation to commute to work and home

Candidates must be within 30 minutes of Umatilla, FL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
