Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Maintain Quality Standards: Oversee and enhance quality processes across the organization, ensuring top-tier standards are met.
• QMS Oversight: Manage the Quality Management System, aligning it with ISO 9001:2015 guidelines. Ensure all QMS processes are up-to-date and continually improved.
• Understand Stakeholder Needs: Identify and fulfill the requirements of interested parties such as customers and suppliers. Maintain accurate and current information on these stakeholders.
• Process Flow Mapping: Ensure accurate process flow mapping and track ongoing improvements.
• Customer Focus and Product Conformity: Identify risks and opportunities affecting product conformity and quality. Collaborate with relevant teams to effectively address customer needs.
• Regulatory Reporting: Oversee outsourced compliance regulatory reporting and assign responsibilities for QMS activities.
• Risk Management: Manage risks and opportunities related to product quality, ensuring any issues are proactively addressed.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of management/supervisory experience in a quality-focused role, with at least 3 years as a Quality Engineer.
• Proven experience in obtaining and maintaining ISO Certification.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
