Job Summary :

The Maintenance Electro-Mechanical Technician provides electronic, electrical, and mechanical support at the manufacturing facility.

The role involves serving as a technical resource for maintenance reliability issues and overseeing projects supported by the maintenance department.

Job Duties :

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Manage electrical projects supported by the maintenance department.
• Support shift maintenance teams in troubleshooting efforts, including after-hour call-ins.
• Ensure strict adherence to electrical code and OSHA safety requirements.
• Provide input for preventive and predictive maintenance to enhance overall equipment reliability.
• Uphold departmental standards for safety, sanitation, and housekeeping.
• Support the introduction of new technology.
• Lead and train maintenance electricians as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or G.E.D required
• Ability to work all shifts and perform overtime
• Previous experience as a quality control inspector preferred.
• Willingness for future training and / or education to enhance job skills.
• Proficient in reading, interpreting documents, and effective communication
• Ability to move and / or lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
