Sterling Care is seeking a dedicated and seasoned *Private Duty Registered Nurse* to work in Greenwich, CT in patient's home.

Rate of Pay: $55.00/hr.

Schedule: 1 - 2 days per week, 12 hr. day shifts ( 7am-7pm)

Requirements:

• Must be able to manage a tall 160lb client who is a high fall risk!
• Must have at least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience either working in a hospital or home care setting.
• Must have a valid CT Registered Nurse (RN) license to apply.
• Must have G-Tube experience
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be well spoken/articulate.
• Must be able to document electronically/use our EMR.
• Must be willing to do ADL’s, light cleaning, and other nonmedical tasks as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Performs and carries out care plans and treatments per MD orders, supervisor’s guidance, and company policies and procedures.
• Implement and follow a comprehensive plan of care.
• Facilitates and participates in team meetings.
