Responsibilities Include:
The Unit Clerk is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of confidential patient health records. They manage paperwork such as patient history forms, and admission and discharge documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in computer data entry
Must be able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, and percentages)
Knowledge of medical terminology
