As an Automotive Sales Manager, you are responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the activities of sales staff in order to accomplish business sales and performance objectives. You’ll develop a highly productive sales team through training and performance standards and create an atmosphere that inspires professional and personal growth.

Our F&I Managers are expected to lead in a manner that represents Sterling’s values of being committed to professionalism, excellence, and taking pride in what you do. Our F&I Managers must be dedicated to doing what’s right for our customers and our company, possessing high ethical standards and willing to meet and exceed Sterling’s performance expectations.

• Must be available to work flexible hours & weekends, willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required and a college degree is preferred.
