- Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline or 5 years professional experience required
- A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
- Strong knowledge and experience with Vue.JS, Angular or Flutter (or other native app development tools) ASP.NET, MVC, C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (object-oriented and functional)
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications
- Experience designing database schemas that represent and support business processes

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine application purpose, functionality, requirements, and long-term strategy
- Development and support an array of applications
- Provide support, maintenance, and improvements to existing applications including content, design, and information architecture
- Assist with the creation and execution of improved user experiences
- Work with outside vendors and consultants to help produce additional projects
- Communicate solutions both orally and in writing to team members and internal clients
- Assist in the development of new applications, tools and solutions that are functional, intuitive, and informative
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions for both internal and external customers including webpages, web applications, email, and other communication needs
- Identify and recommend new technology, best practices, trends, strategies and tactics to position and support our customers as industry leaders
