CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand technical, functional and genomic requirements
- Implement clean code that satisfies business and technical requirements
- Verify code with high unit test coverage (TDD)
- Validate code with automated functional tests (BDD)
- Support client installations with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical co-workers and clients
- Programming languages include Java and Python
- Technologies leveraged include Django, Postgres, Solr, Google Web Toolkit, Docker
- Development tools include Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ, PyCharm, Docker Compose
- Fast-paced, highly collaborative, extremely challenging technical work
