Customer Order Management – CSR – Manufacturing

Duties and responsibilities include processing and monitoring orders in support of supply chain, on time and fill rate matrices, evaluate reports to identify exceptions, audit Customers’ Vendor Compliance and Routing Guide, and conduct business analysis of Customer Account Functions.

Candidate must have the ability to apply complex conditional requirements to large amounts of data, use Excel to complete tasks, update essential information, validate changes and confirm data integrity.

This is not a call center or sales position.

Monday- Friday, 8AM-5PM
