- 1-2 years' experience in a production or warehouse environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Forklift experience is preferred but we will train
- Team player mentality - willing to work with others across the business
- Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision
- Willingness to undergo training in all processing operations
- Ability to report accidents and errors to the leadership team
- Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities
OPERATE HMI FOR LINEAR ACCELERATOR
- Able to accurately navigate, select and verify the PPS Code in the PTMS
- Able to run the HMI
- Able to pull the correct job to process the order
- Prepare all aspects of the customer requirements for the linear accelerator system to process customer products to the required sterility assurance level (including but not limited to loading totes, dosimeters, ensure totes are stable)
- Able to turn machine on/off
- Understand all safety systems at start-up and shutdown
- Review all dosimetry work and documentation
- Use a spectrophotometer on a regular basis. Maintain daily calibration records
- Understand when to escalate to level 2
- Review all HMI work and documentation
- Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and completely, including non-conformances
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Once all primary tasks are complete, assist other employees and departments as needed
- Complete compliance training/continuing education requirements by the noted deadlines
- Complete and ensure proper execution of appropriate Steri-Tek Standard Operating Procedures
- Other duties as assigned by manager
