Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients while assisting with their medical needs.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations
- Collect patient health information and document accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Arizona
- Proven experience in medical documentation, medication administration, and basic life support
- Proficient in taking accurate vital signs and interpreting results
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding and electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic)
- Experience working with children or in an ICU setting is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
