POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LOCATION: 151 Coconut Grove Drive, Nicholasville, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:

• active LPN license
• While we welcome applicants who are in recovery, Kentucky regulations require that our team members have two years of sobriety.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:

• collect and review labs ordered by the doctor
• administer medications according to Stepworks protocols (training provided)
• monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms (training provided)
• supervise residential patients
• assist clinicians/therapists
• encourage patients to persevere in treatment (training provided)
• be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided)

SHIFT: Various shift availability; May discuss shift/days available upon interview. (high demand for 2nd, 3rd, and weekends).
