Steps New York is seeking for an experienced store manager. We are very excited about our new store located at Sawgrass Mills. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking store manager willing to run our store as if it is their own.

As a store manager, you will run the store with your team according to the mall operation days and hours. You will be responsible for every operation in the store, such as receiving merchandise, driving customer service and sales, scheduling the team, hiring and training the new team members, providing a safe environment for the staff and the customers, etc.

Job Types: Full-time

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age
• 5 years of retail management experience is required
• Fashion Retail experience is preferred.
• Required to lead the team and train associates in-store standards
• You should be able to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• A good taste in styling is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Salary depends on the experience and will be decided after the interview.

Note: You must have reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours.
