Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, provide guidance and support to students, and ensure their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to plan and coordinate activities
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Experience:
- Previous experience in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of child welfare and toddler care practices
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and curriculum standards
- Strong behavior management and classroom management skills
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized instruction is a plus
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for students with special needs is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is required
