About Us: Stepping Stones ABA is a leading provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services dedicated to empowering individuals in New Jersey with Autism and other developmental challenges to reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Union City, New Jersey.

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate BCBA to lead in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of experience as a BCBA and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
• Implement ABA therapy programs and monitor progress.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a well-rounded and effective treatment approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ethical standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• A passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
