Stephenson Home Co is Hiring a Real Estate Success Coordinator Near Nashville, TN

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our real estate team as Real Estate Success Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, enjoy setting up and running systems, and have some real estate experience. Growth opportunity available.

This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including newsletter creation, client attraction, pipeline management, off-market property search, document creation and management, data tracking, client communication, and listing management.

This role ideally will grow into managing additional hires to the team and managing the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Newsletter Creation: Develop engaging newsletters to keep clients informed about market trends, new listings, and other relevant updates.
  • Client Attraction: Implement strategies to attract new clients, including targeted marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage all deals in the pipeline, creating and managing timelines and deadlines.
  • Off-Market Property Search: Proactively search for off-market homes for sale to provide clients with exclusive opportunities.
  • Document Creation and Management: Create and manage Google Docs for various purposes, including shared docs with clients and spreadsheets.
  • Data Tracking: Track key metrics and numbers related to sales performance, client engagement, and marketing efforts.
  • Client Communication: Update clients via email weekly with relevant information about listings, market updates, and upcoming events.
  • Listing Timelines: Develop and maintain listing timelines to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and listings are effectively marketed.
  • Listing Presentations: Assist in creating compelling listing presentations to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, marketing, or coordination role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and other relevant software for document creation and management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry practices, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Assist in the hiring and recruitment process when necessary.
