What will you be doing?
Building Lasting Connections: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on landscape design, maintenance, and solutions.
Creative Problem-Solving: Conducting site visits to assess customers' needs and develop customized solutions.
Bringing Ideas to Life: Estimating and selling recurring maintenance contracts to new client leads, selling construction and enhancement projects.
Diverse Responsibilities: Cross collaboration with design team to develop and sell projects. Perform hand off meetings for sold projects to the production team.
Who are we looking for?
1-3 years of landscape experience
A focus on building relationships in order to close deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with a CRM program, estimating and pricing, along with an adaptable nature in an ever- changing environment.
Strong work ethic and time management skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
