A service consultant is the liaison between the technician and the customer and we maintain the highest customer service standards.
- Building a solid, trusting, long term customer relationship
- Greeting customers and advising them for their service needs and maintenance
- Performing vehicle walk around inspection as part of repair write up
- Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance by emphasizing value and safety
- Keeping all customers informed of vehicle status
- Fielding incoming customer service calls and making necessary appointments
- Providing concierge support and assure the owner a positive customer experience
- Possessing product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and concerns
