Chicago-based boutique class action law firm seeks motivated litigation associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join us in the fight against corporate injustice, abuse and greed. We represent people across the United States in complex class and collective actions in biometric and other workplace privacy, cybersecurity, and employment laws, including wage and hour litigation. The ideal applicant must:

• Have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably at a law firm;
• Have the ability to work on a team while having primary responsibility for managing a litigation caseload;
• Have some experience with class and other multi-plaintiff litigation in federal and state court, including robust discovery and dispositive motion practice, taking and defending depositions, oral advocacy, handling mediations, appellate practice, and jury trials;
• Have outstanding academic credentials as well as strong client communication, legal research, legal writing, organization, and analytical skills; and,
• Be an active member of the Illinois Bar.
