```Duties```
- Perform medical assistant duties.
-Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and mammograms
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality images
- Review images for clarity and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging techniques for each patient
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff
```Requirements```
- Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Valid state license or certification as an X-ray Technician
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and other medical imaging devices
- Experience with various imaging techniques such as PET scans and mammography is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including emergency room settings
