We are looking for an experienced, friendly, outgoing, and reliable teacher specializing in working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. The job responsibilities will require, but is not limited to, monitoring the children, engaging with the children and families, record keeping, following individual schedules, changing diapers, bottle feeding and table feeding infants/toddlers, and planning art/sensory projects and other enriching and fun activities. Childcare is a physical job so standing, bending, and lifting will be required. We have a full time and part time afternoon position available.

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background screening and fingerprinting. Applicants are required to have a current physical(within a year), TB Test and Risk Assessment and proof of Hep A vaccine. Experience working in a licensed child care center is preferred. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must able to communicate in a professional and educated manner and work well with others. Completing on-going training for state required clock hours is mandatory.

This location is in a family-friendly neighborhood in beautiful Southwest St Louis City. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Pay is $13-16/hour and based upon experience and education.
