Stenger Stenger PC is Hiring a Collector Near Marietta, GA

 

Stenger & Stenger, PC is a Grand Rapids, MI based law firm specializing in consumer debt collection. Due to our rapid growth and service area expansion, we are looking to expand our team. We are searching for experienced collectors only. Our Collections team collaborates with our clients, our legal team, and consumers to identify the optimal debt resolution solution for every unique situation. Our Collectors enjoy an excellent performance-based incentive compensation program in addition to hourly rates commensurate with individual experience. We are currently offering $20-$25 per hour based on experience. We also offer a robust benefit package, and retirement plan. As a Collector at the Firm, your primary duties will include: 

  • Handling inbound and outbound collections calls efficiently and effectively
  • Effectively analyzing customer accounts making sound decisions regarding repayment
  • Drive revenue by collecting payment-in-full and establishing repayment plans
  • Maintain and update customer files accurately
  • Closely follow collections scripts to ensure client expectations
  • Record all customer payments accurately
  • Notate all customer conversations and circumstances accurately
  • Interact effectively with all internal and external customers
  • Abide by all rules and regulations established by the FDCPA, FCRA and all state laws
