We are not looking for project managers or other career professionals looking to break into technology and the Scrum Master role. We need a fully formed career Scrum Master, someone ready to hit the ground running, but who also understands this is a journey of continuous learning, and there are always opportunities to improve or grow in the role.
Looking to hire ASAP
The Scrum Master will likely support (2) Teams
We highly encourage you to provide our JD below and allow candidates to use it as a reference for interviews
We have been hiring Scrum Masters for a long time and will be very selective in who we choose to interview; resumes should reflect the experience we seek in detail and not require exploration and not be full of generic pasted keywords
Must be a real agilest with true knowledge of Scrum Framework; familiarity with scaling frameworks in general and in particular SAFe.
Must hold current and relevant certifications from SAFe and/or Scrum Alliance (or another truly legitimate Scrum organization, no diploma mills)
Resume must reflect 3 to 5 years TRUE experience as a Scrum Master
No cut-and-paste resumes from project managers and other fields trying to break into the Scrum Master role
Candidates must pass a technical verbal test during the interview (knowledge of frameworks, real-life examples of implementing practices, explaining key academic ideas that support lean-agile ways of working)
