Train team on agile principles, and conduct PI, retrospective, and prioritization meetings.
Understand user needs and system capabilities to develop specific requirements and visual workflows.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
Prepare leadership presentations to demonstrate ideas and provide status-Strong Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required to analyze data to identify and present specific findings.
Create concise, informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting highlighting trends and benefits.
Improve processes and display tangible output.
Performance regular project cost analysis and product resource assignment.
Create self-service options with tools such as MS Forms for frequently requested items.
(minimum Qualifications)Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Deep knowledge of software development in an agile environment
Expertise in managing agile backlog using one of the prominent agility tools, preferably digital.ai (VersionOne). 6 years of business analysis and/or relevant experience.
