Overview

Stellar Solutions, a nationally recognized “Great Place To Work”, is seeking a Senior Continuity Planner. This position provides a unique opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the continued operations of one of the nation’s premier intelligence agencies.

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

The role will focus on a range of duties from managing alternate operating locations to documenting and training key personnel on plans and procedures to sustain operations. 

Successful applicant will provide continuity planning in a dynamic, high-paced environment while assisting in maintaining the various facilities and systems the program relies upon to support the agency. The ideal candidate will have varied experiences and be well rounded in the area of continuity or mission operations with the ability to think and process in a systems mindset.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree i with 8 years of relevant experience 
• U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret Clearance
• Current CI polygraph

Desired Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree
• Experience in
  • National Reconnaissance Office experience, any experience in mission operations, ground systems engineering or Acquisition desirable
  • Space operations
  • Program portfolio management
  • Mission Partner/Stakeholder relations

Location: Warrenton VA, with some local travel as needed 

Deliverable(s)

Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed and the daily maintenance oversite of facilities and supporting systems. The team is small and covers broad breadth of tasks throughout the year.
