Stellar Solutions is looking for a subject matter expert and highly motivated systems engineer to support the Space Sensing, System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) contract out of Space Systems Command (SSC)

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

Job Description: 

As an Acquisition Logistics Product Support Integrator on the SE&I team, you’ll work with a team of contractors and the U.S. Space Force to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW) and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR) capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters and national decision makers.Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with integration and logistics planning of space programs, including space, ground, software and hardware systems, and Major Defense Acquisition Programs
• Experience with DoD life cycle logistics in a transition to sustainment environment
• Experience developing/coordinating DoD transition to sustainment functional activities, including Product Support, Finance, Contracting, and Program Management activities.
• Experience leading IPTs (Integrated Product Teams) while identifying and successfully managing life-cycle transition risks
• Experience using Platform 1 data repository, JIRA and Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA) Certification

Desired Skills:

• Experience in a Leadership role within Integrated Planning Teams and Integrated Process Teams

• Experience with space-based remote sensing systems

• Experience with space-based remote sensing systems

• Experience with authorship of authoritative sustainment guidebooks, articles, whitepapers, and briefings

• Knowledge of Integrated Product Support Elements

• Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02

• Ability to demonstrate expertise in the military service’s sustainment hierarchy, including program offices,

  program executive offices, hardware and supply systems commands, and defense agencies

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master’s degree

• PMP Certification

• INCOSE CSEP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.The typical pay range for this position is USD $140,000 - $179,000 per year, total package. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all included as part of package).

Deliverable(s)

Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction.
