Premier Rehab and Healthcare in Nashua, NH is looking for an Infection Control Nurse. 

Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Analyze data to make informed recommendations to lower infection rates.

• Manage Infection control team while maintaining safety and compliance throughout the facility.

• Responsible for identifying, investigating, monitoring, and reporting healthcare-associated infections, as well as identifying potential safety issues and trends.

• Coordinate and keep records of in-services and training that meet all Federal, State, local guidelines.

• Implements Infection prevention policies and procedures by making rounds on nursing units, ambulatory and in support areas.

• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience required.

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare setting.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Basic computer skills.'
