Summary Objective
The primary objective of this role is to grow Stellar Energy’s business and brand in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry. The Program Management Director must operate with integrity, build trusting relationships, and deliver meaningful value for our Semiconductor clients. This individual will manage the business development and proposal process for Hyperscale Semiconductor projects, while also provided strategic oversight of the execution of projects. As a secondary objective, the Program Management Director may also be asked to support project development for projects in other industries.

Essential Functions
  • Maximize Stellar Energy’s market share in the Hyperscale Semiconductor Industry
  • Create meaningful value for Semiconductor clients, becoming a “must call” resource for client brainstorming and project development.
  • Manage business development and proposal process for all Semiconductor projects (Bid/No Bid, Risk Review, Estimating, etc.)
  • Properly define project scope, avoiding scope creep due to insufficient scope definition
  • Provide strategic oversite of Semiconductor project execution.
  • Maintain Semiconductor Program Revenue plan.
  • Develop and maintain Key Account Plans for each Semiconductor program and/or client.
  • Conceptualize preliminary project designs for Semiconductor projects.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions on Semiconductor projects with oversight from Legal / Risk department.
  • Ability to intervene and resolve conflict with Semiconductor clients or strategic partners.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. The Program Management Director will be empowered to provide strategic feedback and oversight to the OSM / Digital Project Management team.
Work Location
This position is a remote position.

Work Environment

Most work is performed in an office environment. Regular trips to the Manufacturing Facility for observation and research are required.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel

Anticipated up to 25% travel for this position. Some occasional local day travel may also be necessary. Occasional travel to customer job sites and conferences may be required. More travel may be required at times to support the objectives of the role and company.

Required Education and Experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (ABET accredited)
  • 8 years of technical experience in the Hyperscale Data Center Industry

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Professional Engineering license
  • Master of Science in Engineering

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the USA.
