We are looking for a team member that is a dedicated, driven, industry professional who unapologetically pursues excellence in all things hospitality.

Our ideal candidate will have:
-At least 3 years previous experience with a proven track record in managing in high end/high volume restaurants.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills in order to effectively hire, onboard and implement initial and ongoing training for all departments of FOH staff
-Attention to detail with scheduling and daily operations in order to assure FOH is appropriately staffed, while simultaneously being in line with expected labor costs
-Follow-through and a 'lead-by-example' mentality in all aspects of service in order to assure staff is performing at our high-level, standards of service
-A passion for hospitality while being able to adapt and problem solve in order to provide an excellent experience for each guest
-Extensive experience with craft cocktails and Italian wines.
-A constructive and effective leadership style with the ability to collaborate well with other like-minded industry professionals.
-Experience and proficiency with the financial and technological software and systems of today's restaurant industry.
-A strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Personal accountability and the ambition to learn and grow with the company.
