Primary Objective: To provide a professional positive first impression for an Electrical Products Manufacturing company to customers with superior customer and technical support ultimately exceeding customer expectations. This position interfaces with our product development, sales, application and quality departments. This position primary interaction is with electrical engineers, electricians, lighting and control agents, end user customers and our sales team.

Service/Support:

· Provide technical support by phone, email, conference call or video conferencing to engineers, electricians, agents, customers and sales.

· Provide accurate and knowledgeable product specifications, application and installation. To answer and communicate professionally technical questions and instruct on the proper use and operation of the products.

· Provide product application layout, design support, submittals and/or quotations to our customers utilizing AutoCAD design software.

· Ability to provide support for the products including basic electrical wiring.

· Provide/perform on site start-up and commissioning for products.

· May provide training on products in person or by video.

· Project tracking/management via a CRM.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Preferred BS degree in electrical engineering or related field.

· Preferred minimum 2-4 years’ demonstrated relatable working experience, previous electrical experience, electrical contractor or technical support role preferably in lighting, lighting controls.

· Must have technical experience with electrical wiring.

· Computer skills using Auto CAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office products.

· Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently, self-direct daily activities and take initiative.

· Acceptable background investigation report

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
