SDMI is seeking experienced bilingual Call Center Patient Care Coordinators to join our team and act as the first point of contact for our patients. Must be bilingual as this position will provide coverage for Spanish queue.

A Day in the Life as a Patient Care Coordinator:You will experience busy days in a call center environment with the expectation of processing (but not limited to) 45 calls per day. You will assist callers with appointment scheduling, obtaining patient information/insurance/financial information, process incoming referrals, verifying benefits/eligibility/authorization for both new and established patients. You will coordinate and respond to patients/referring providers in a timely manner and ensure patient satisfaction. Our best Patient Care Coordinators have the opportunity to transition into other departments within our Call Center. You can expect to be scheduled Mondays-Fridays with shifts starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 6:30pm (8 hour shifts). No weekends!
