Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing the supply chain team within the assigned facility. Developing and executing a compressive supply chain strategy in alignment with the product plan and operation strategies for assigned product group.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct Leadership of Planners, Buyers, and S&R Supervisors for assigned facilities.
- Responsible for the alignment, development, and resource management of all supply chain roles within assigned facility.
- Collaborates with Supply Chain Managers and Operation Managers to develop and execute a supply chain strategy to
meet corporate objectives for assigned facility.
- Manage Supply Chain performance from customer order to delivery, including but not limited to weekly/monthly
monitoring KPI’s such as: PO performance, TO performance, Job performance, S&R performance, etc.
- Oversight root cause analysis to resolve part outages, mitigates risks, and prevent recurrence within assigned facility.
- Overall Inventory Management for assigned facility including Inventory Value, Establishing Inventory Stock Levels, Slow
Moving/Dead Inventory, and obsolescence of parts.
- Monitors Buyer Spend, PCard purchases and price discrepancies for assigned facility.
- Collaborates with Sales/Engineering/Operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of ECO’s and implementation
of new products through the Product Realization process.
- Participation in manufacturing SIOP to insure supply is in balance with projected demand, oversight of production
planning processes throughout the month.
- Mitigates business risk by monitoring supplier performance, works with Buyers and Sourcing to resolve supplier
performance gaps.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers,
co-workers, and management.
- Helps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Purchasing Management, Supply Chain or Engineering
- 5 years’ professional experience in Supply Chain or Operations, or a combination
- Experience in minimum 2 functions within Supply Chain
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with direct and indirect employee groups
- Intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet, etc.)
- Written and verbal communication
- Math, reading, and spelling skills

- An acceptable combination of education and experience
Functional & Cognitive Requirements of Position
- This position requires walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 20 pounds.
- Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
- Stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending.
- Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for some activities.
- This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions
- Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the
productivity quota
Experience
Preferred- Intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with direct and indirect employee groups
- Experience in minimum 2 functions within Supply Chain
- 5 years professional experience in Supply Chain or Operations or a combination
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Logistics /Supply Chain Management or related field
