Job Details:

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and issues. This is NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION. If you are unable to work at our BROOKFIELD LOCATION, please do not apply.

Daily Duties Include:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Learn the software systems used by Stefans Soccer to be able to communicate effectively with customer inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues by answering phone calls and emails. Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes in MyUniform — Stefans Soccer’s uniform ordering platform.
• Work with fellow employees to answer customer questions and follow up with customer in a timely manner. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Process customer orders when volume is high. This includes providing quality control on finished product and packaging product for shipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Ability to work under high pressure/in high-stress situations.
• Have experience working with computers. Stefans Soccer uses Gmail, Microsoft Excel & Word, Google spreadsheets. We will train successful applicant on the MyUniform platform.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide quality service.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills

Hours / Benefits / Compensation:

This is a full time position. Hours are mostly weekdays, Mon – Fri 8:30am-5:00pm. Some evening and weekend hours may be required during busy season.

Compensation: Based on experience, Range $15.00/hour - $20.00/hour.
