About the Role

We are in search of a skilled Preconstruction Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for executing quantity take-offs, cost analysis, vendor/subcontractor communications, and other preconstruction activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects or services.
• Consider raw materials, equipment, subcontracting, and labor costs in preparing estimates.
• Proactively engage in business development activities to identify and secure projects.
• Assist in Bid preparation and subpackage procurement.

Qualifications

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating, preferably in the construction field.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
