steel t heating is Hiring a HVAC Customer Service/Dispatch Person Near Denver, CO

Position Summary:
The Customer Service/Dispatch person is responsible for all scheduling, responding to all assigned phone calls, accurate processing of job work orders and other projects assigned by the Controller or Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 
  • Answer all external and internal customer calls to organize, prioritize and schedule the available Field Technicians for all our Service, Retro Replacement and New Construction jobs.
  • Efficient and Accurate route dispatch to minimize technician drive time.
  • Track work order until job is complete with Sage Construction and Real Estate software.
  • Process and post billing as job is complete utilizing our SSO interactive software.
  • Ensure that all materials are charged to work orders appropriately.
  • Match technician’s time sheet to work order.
  • Timely customer follow-up as appropriate based on work order and technician notes.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable on resolving any uncollected balance.
  • Utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service and products.
  • Manage and document our ESA (Energy Savings Agreement) program.
  • Customer service call confirmation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong Customer Service, Administrative and Organizational Skills.
  • Focusing on customer retention, candidate would need to demonstrate programs they developed to be successful.
  • Complete follow up, surveys, implement programs and processes to differentiate from our competition, improve customer experience to ensure customer loyality.
  • Evaluate SM department and leverage opportunities to increase revenue by implementing different processes to follow up and contact the customer.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing; pleasant telephone manner; able to think on feet when dealing with callers; customer service oriented can-do approach.

  • Friendly, courteous and professional phone presence.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge-particularly Excel and Word.
  • Independent, self-motivated problem solver.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong team player with positive attitude.
