Steel Fitness is looking for a Sales Associate to drive business development at the club level.

We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. It's pay is an hourly base plus individual and club commissions. Not only is it a great place to workout, it’s also a great place to work! Candidates must be...Passionate for Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Self Motivated and Disciplined, Well Organized in a fast paced, goal driven environment.

Must have an open schedule and no restrictions. Evening and weekend days required; some on a rotation. Holiday hours are required - AM only.

Must have OWN car to market and network. Computer/CRM and Social Media skills a must as well a a passion for marketing and promotion.

A Sales associate will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and Company-sponsored programs, promotions and referrals. This includes establishing and maintaining take one displays; calling on new businesses for corporate accounts, obtaining leads from existing members, give club tours and membership presentations, utilize computer programs to track appointments and sales. It will require training of all staff to sell memberships on your behalf in order to hit club and individual quotas.

The pay structure is hourly PLUS commission. With commission, average hourly rate is $23/hour.
