Stecker Machine Company is Hiring a Machining Quality Near Manitowoc, WI

Do you know machining and want get into a Quality career?

Take the next step in a quality career, building from knowing machining to becoming a CMM Tech.
We will train the right candidate to become a Quality Technician.

Operate CMMs and know how part orientation affects the CMM report.
Interpret basic points and correlate it back to the CMM report.
Manage gauges. Track location, assemble and sign-in/out gauges.
Perform range quality tasks as need.
Other duties as requested by Quality Supervisor.

Traits for Success:

Machining - If you know machining, we can train you to become a Quality Tech.
Customer Focus - Keep production running in spec by assisting them to make adjustments.
Teamwork - Work close with supervisor, leadman, and machine operators.
Dependable - We'll need you to keep us running in spec.

Shift and Pay:

This is a second shift opening.
Pay will be based on experience.
Second shift earns a 8% shift premium.
