We are looking to add to our team at our fast-paced Crown Point location.
Availability for mornings and weekends a must! (Due to training constraints, no high school students)
Successful applicants will be crossed-trained to satisfy all positions and needs.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
-High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
-Prior café or coffee shop experience a plus
-Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale software
Barista and Food Preparation Job Responsibilities:
-Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
-Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink and food menus; answering questions.
-Prepares and sells menu items by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
-Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
-Stocking and replenishment of all needed items.
-Complete inventory as requested by management.
-Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
-Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of beverages.
-Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
-Other duties as assigned.
AVAILABILITY - MUST HAVE WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY as well as weekend availability.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
