No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this role. As an Entry-Level Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in various aspects of our services, including carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery cleaning, as well as water/flood remediation, mold remediation, and biohazard removal. We offer incentive-based pay to reward your hard work and dedication as you grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in training programs to learn professional cleaning techniques and remediation procedures.

• Assist experienced technicians in performing cleaning services, including carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery cleaning.
• Support the team in air duct and dryer vent cleaning projects, gaining hands-on experience in maintaining optimal air quality.
• Learn to respond to water/flood emergencies, assess damage, and assist in implementing remediation measures.
• Gain exposure to mold remediation procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Assist in biohazard removal tasks under the guidance of experienced team members, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete projects on time and meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, contributing to quality control and service excellence.

• No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to all new hires.

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting equipment and working in varied environments.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history & background check.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
