Litigation Position
- 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience. Insurance Coverage, Insurance Coverage Litigation, and/or Commercial Litigation experience a plus.
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to handle, with partner oversight, all phases of litigation, with a caseload of 10-12 litigation matters, including a substantial Federal Court practice.
