Associate Attorney
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions
- Assist with negotiations and settlements
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases
- Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
Skills:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in negotiating and litigating cases is preferred
