Position Summary

Stealth Monitoring offers exciting in-office positions allowing us to provide exceptional remote services to our customers. Our Surveillance Escalation Dispatchers are a part of our leadership team at the heart of our business. They are passionate about the work we are doing and require nothing less than perfection from themselves and their team. Our reputation depends on it. Our Surveillance Escalation Dispatchers are tasked with the management of our Detection Specialists and support our supervisors during their shift as it pertains to the Monitoring Center and any peripherals at clients’ sites. Until June 30th, 2024, Stealth will be offering sign-on bonuses of $500 after 3 months of consecutive employment and $500 after 6 months of consecutive employment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review camera footage and assess potential security risk events identified by a Detection Specialist.
• Responsible for understanding client specific requirements and protocols.
• Deter suspicious or unwanted activity from client properties.
• Responsible for contacting appropriate authorities with urgency (Police, Fire, Guard, etc.).
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Answer inbound calls while utilizing a multi-line phone system.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Special projects as assigned (audits, process documentation, research, etc.).
• Monitor camera alarms for assigned sites/station and act accordingly based on the events and severity of activity observed.
• Strong typing skills, 40 wpm – minimum.
• Able to multitask using different computer programs.
• Ability to work under pressure while observing and handling live criminal events.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft office-word, excel.
• Ability to effectively use google maps.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of legally protected information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Previous experience and success as a Detection Specialist preferred.
• Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of video monitoring software.
