Position Summary

The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, maintaining system transactions for remote inventory locations, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management. This role will work closely with Planning, Purchasing and Operations to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer demand.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
• Maintain and update the internal inventory system for inbound and outbound shipments for remote locations. Resolve inventory discrepancies with sense of urgency.
• Ensure the completion of all inventory transactions in NetSuite & SalesForce. Generate reports, reconcile results, and make system adjustments.
• Using problem solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies between inventory deployed and undeployed.
• Manage and look over stock replenishment and distribution for different locations within Canada and US for rebalance of inventory (or inventory optimization).
• Reconcile inventory differences between physical stock and digital data monthly.
• Support inventory forecasting and planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES), PowerBI, Word, SharePoint.
• NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and set priorities. Position requires an ability to function with a sense of urgency while maintaining a participative environment and positive attitude. Must possess the interpersonal skills to enhance teamwork and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
