Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop valuable skills in the retail industry. Duties: - Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns - Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and sanitation Skills: - Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating totals - Knowledge of retail math for pricing and discounts - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment - Experience in food service or culinary background is a plus - Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is preferred - Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
