STEAK N SHAKE TEAM MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Team Members deliver the gold standard in service by providing the highest quality burgers and shakes. They prepare, cook, and assemble the guest orders. They support an environment of teamwork and demonstrate the Golden Rule.

*Base cash wage is $14.00 an hour. Total hourly earnings may vary from location to location based on the actual tips received at your location. The company average for tips is currently about $1.00 an hour.
