• Professionally represent Steak 'n Shake by greeting, engaging and serving new and existing guests and fans
• Constantly create a welcoming atmosphere that appreciates Guest's business and supports the atmosphere with outgoing enthusiastic hospitality. Hospitality hosts will greet guests upon entering, engage in positive and professional conversation with the Guests
• Professionally communicate with others to create an enjoyable, entertaining and engaging interaction that creates a desire to return
• Learn detailed knowledge of the menu to assist Guests with selecting and ordering
• Ring guests orders and process payments
• Check food for accuracy, provide necessary utensils and direct guests to retrieve order. Obtain additional items as requested
• Outstanding personal hygiene and grooming, along with attentive conversation with the Guest
• Maintain a clean and organized work area with precise execution
• Clean dining room, bathroom, and expo areas
• Restoring guest areas
• Preparing tea and coffee

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
