Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations

- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment

- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge

- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and improve store performance

- Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is required

- Proven track record in team management and leadership

- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Knowledge of retail management best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
