- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes.
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields.
- 25 years or older with experience in driving a company vehicle.
- VALID ACTIVE GUARD CARD.
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD- IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DO NOT APPLY!
- Familiarity with security equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload and or stand for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have an open availability schedule with available weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed!
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to operate a smartphone.
- Must be able to write/communicate in English.
